Stipend & Selection Process
Stipend Details: Selected apprentices will receive a stipend as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961, Apprentices Rules, 1992, and applicable guidelines. Additionally, IOCL will pay an extra ₹2,500/- per month towards miscellaneous expenses. For Graduate and Technician Apprentices, the Government’s share of stipend is partly transferred via DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
