Application Fee & Refund Policy

Fee Refund Details: Applicants who actively appeared in the First Stage CBT examination are entitled to a partial fee refund. To receive this reimbursement, candidates must log into the designated portal and submit accurate banking details, including Account Number, Account Holder Name, and IFSC Code. General, OBC, and EWS candidates receive a partial refund of Rs. 400/-, whereas SC, ST, PH, and Female candidates receive a full refund of Rs. 250/-, subject to standard bank service deductions. Absentee candidates are not eligible for any refund.

Age Limit & Educational Qualification Criteria

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age (UR / EWS): 30 Years
  • Maximum Age (OBC): 33 Years
  • Maximum Age (SC / ST): 35 Years

Educational Qualification Requirement:

  • Matriculation / SSLC qualification combined with an ITI certificate from recognized institutions (NCVT/SCVT) in designated trades including Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic, Radio & TV Mechanic, Electronics Mechanic, Motor Vehicle Mechanic, Wireman, Tractor Mechanic, Armature & Coil Winder, Diesel Mechanic, Heat Engine, Turner, Machinist, or Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Mechanic. OR
  • Matriculation / SSLC qualification combined with Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the specified technical trades. OR
  • A 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Note: Candidates holding a Degree in any of the relevant engineering streams listed above are also eligible in lieu of a diploma.
